Hey you Misfit Warriors! With this series, I am trying something different. I am going to be releasing episodes with a theme. That theme is stated in the 1st episode that will be coming out and carried through the rest of them. Fri has been called many names over the years, some of them pretty great—like Hubby, Sergeant, and his personal favorite, Daddo! With over four decades of experience navigating life as a Multi-Purposed (MP) individual across two very different career fields, Fri has always made it his mission to assist family, friends, and soldiers in any situation.
Life hasn’t always been kind. Fri has faced more lows than highs and has been knocked down more times than he can count. Living with undiagnosed PTSD, depression, and anxiety for years, he eventually discovered a simple truth: helping others brings purpose and healing. But as fulfilling as that was, he realized the real challenge—and the real growth—came from learning how to take care of himself the way he cared for everyone else.
That journey began six years ago and continues today as Fri pursues his educational goals. Currently working toward a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Management with a concentration in Project Management, he’s not stopping there. Fri plans to push through to earn his MBA and eventually a DBA, both with a focus on Project Management. These aspirations are part of his commitment to continuous improvement and equipping himself with the tools to inspire and empower others.
This podcast is an extension of that mission. Fri shares his experiences, tools, and hard-earned lessons in the hope that they’ll resonate with someone else who might need them. His goal? To help others while continuing to help himself.
